 The success of Aktürk Elektronik is based on our commitment to strong business ethics and our communication with our main stakeholders (shareholders, employees, customers, business partners and suppliers), government and supervisory bodies, society and the environment.

As a global company, Aktürk Electronics operates in a wide legal framework. We respect the legal regulations in this legal framework and support internationally accepted standards, including human rights. Our Business Principles represent the additional commitments we make to our stakeholders.

Our Business Principles are valid for all Aktürk electronic companies in which we hold majority shares and for all Aktürk Elektronik employees. We will try to encourage the implementation of our Business Principles in the companies in which Aktürkelektronik operates with its business partners or third parties, or in joint ventures in which it does not hold a majority stake.

We know that we will be judged on whether we act in accordance with our Business Principles. While we strive to increase our performance continuously, we will share good practices within Aktürk Elektronik. We will measure, review and openly report whether we are complying with our Business Principles.

1. Creating Value

We believe that ethical competition in a market economy is the best way to benefit our stakeholders.

• We strive to provide the best possible return to our stakeholders. Our investment decisions, acquisitions, and business relationships are largely based on economic criteria, but also encompass social and environmental issues.

2. Public Policy

We will express our views on government proposals and on matters that may affect our stakeholders, but we will not give grants or aid to political parties and will not interfere in any matters concerning party policies.

3. Communication

We will establish an open and transparent communication with all our stakeholders within the limits of commercial credibility.

4. Customers

We are committed to providing our customers with value for money, safe and reliable products and services.

• We will work to understand, anticipate and meet the needs of our customers and provide them with innovative products and services.
• We value our customers' trust in us and will protect the information provided to us in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Employees

Our relationships with and between our employees are based on respect for individuals and their human rights.

• We will consider equality of opportunity and diversity in our recruitment policies.
• We will encourage our employees to use their full potential through training and development.
• We will encourage employee participation in share incentive plans.

6. Individual Behaviors

We expect all our employees to behave honestly, accurately and fairly.

• Çalışanlara veya çalışanlar tarafından yapılan uygunsuz teklifler veya ödemeler de dâhil olmak üzere, rüşvetin hiçbir çeşidine müsamaha gösterilmeyecektir.
• Bütün Aktürkelektronik şirketleri, yöneticileri ve çalışanları, Geçerli Yasalar ve Yönetmelikler dâhil olmak üzere, usulsüzlük karşıtı bütün geçerli yerel ve uluslararası yasalara, standartlara ve ilkelere uygun davranmalıdır.
• Bütün çalışanlardan, kişisel faaliyetleri ile Aktürkelektronik arasında çıkar çatışmasına neden olabilecek her türlü ilişkiden kaçınmaları beklenmektedir.
• Bütün çalışanlardan kendilerini yükümlülük altında sokabilecek ağırlama veya hediyeleri kabul etmekten kaçınmaları beklenmektedir.

7. Çevre

Sürdürülebilir iş uygulamalarına ve çevre korumasına önem veriyoruz.

• Yenilenemeyen kaynakları dikkatli kullanacağız.
• Faaliyetlerimiz nedeniyle ortaya çıkan çevresel yükü azaltacak, işletimsel uygulamaları teşvik edeceğiz.
• Ürünlerimizde ve hizmetlerimizde çevresel ve sosyal fayda sağlayacak yenilikçi gelişmeleri destekleyeceğiz.

8. Kurumlar ve Toplum
